After returning from abroad, we could see a definite opening in the market for a company who supplied a follow up service and didn’t just “ take the money and run."

At the end of a project we do a walk through and take care of any snags that need to be tidied up. Then we sit down with our customers and discuss all aspects of the project, what they were delighted with and if there are any areas where we can improve our service, we are open to any constructive criticism. Therefore we are constantly improving our service to our family of customers.

Four weeks after the final payment has been received you will receive a second call from us, to make sure everything is all right and if there are any items we may have over looked during our final walk through. If there are they will be taken care of.
